A member of IT Committee of the Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce (SRCIC), Chief Manager of eSilkroad Development for Europe and Central Asia countries, Oleg Sytnyk reported on plans for the development of cooperation on a large-scale event International Global Silk Road Forum, which was held on July 3 to 4 in Astana, Kazakhstan.

As a Chief Manager of eSilkroad Development for Europe and Central Asia countries, he presented the concept of building a Digital Silk Road.

- We’ve been working on the Digital Silk Road project for a year and a half.

The first stage of the project – is e-Silknet -B2B social network, facilitated with Blockchain and smart-contract technologies, which should become a new way of interaction among businesses across the globe, the second stage – e-Silkart - is an international online marketplace of intellectual property, where users can buy, sell, rent and trade objects of culture and art of Silk Road countries, the third stage – e- Silktrade - a platform for e-commerce with the subsequent use of blockchain technologies and smart contracts, it will allow all the users on e-Silknet and e- Silkart platforms to enter the international market within the e-SilkRoad. We all understand what the Terrestrial Silk Road or Maritime Silk Road is. But if you count the countries on this path, their maximum is 57. The Digital Silk Road can unite more than a hundred countries of the world, which today are the members of the Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce. This meets the needs of globalization,- says Oleg Sytnyk.
